In today’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment, those in the public sector need leadership skills and organizational capabilities different from those that helped them succeed in the past. Employees across the board in the public sector today are increasingly expected to make consequential decisions that align with corporate strategy and culture. It’s important, therefore, that they be equipped with the relevant management, relational, and communication skills. This is what we have been aiming to do through this specifically targeted MBA program for customs personnel.
