This module will also introduce you to the Digital Marketing Institute Methodology, an iterative framework that outlines the foundation tenets of Digital Marketing and the visual scheme that provides the basis for implementation of the different channels.

(Will include an introduction to the internet with historical evolutions, distribution channels and channel management, market segmentation, etc)

(Will include an introduction to internet marketing communication and its tools, internet advertising, public relations, promotional activities, methods of marketing i.e. direct, personal, email, viral, etc)

(Will include an introduction to SEO, SEM i.e. PPC, paid search ads, CPC, CPM, vertical search, etc)

Engaging Customers through Social Media – (12 hrs)
